Terms
All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice. New orders are to be prepaid, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover. Net 30 days on approved credit only; 1.5% interest charge on accounts with a balance over 45 days late from due date. $20.00 charge on return checks.
Credit
Please submit at least 5 references, with account numbers, name, address, phone and contact person, bank account number, and your years in business. Please allow 2-6 weeks for approval.
Minimum Order
$100.00 on first order, $50.00 on reorders. Add $3.00 packing fee to orders that drop below the minimum. There is a 5% volume discount on orders over $500 (not including displays or freight).
Shipping & Handling
We try to ship within 5 working days via UPS. All prepaid/proforma orders, please include freight (Please see the Shipping Policies page). 50% freight allowance on orders over $1,000.00 in continental U.S. (Not including displays).
Claims
Shortage and any order discrepancy must be reported within 10 days of ship date.
Returns & Restock Fee
No returns accepted without prior approval. All claims for credit on returned merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods delivered, but not accepted, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
